Expressions of interest are sought from proactive and innovative catering companies to work in partnership with Anchor Hanover

An exciting new destination is now under construction at one of Bath’s most exclusive addresses in the Ensleigh North area of Lansdown. The new development will create 72 one- and two-bedroom affordable apartments and set new standards for age-exclusive housing in the region.

The new development not only provides apartments for residents to live independently, but it will also bring energy to the area, creating a new destination for visitors and local residents to enjoy.

Anchor Hanover is looking for a partner to operate a café which will form part of this new development. The café will seat approximately 42 internal covers with extra seating provided externally on the covered terrace. We are looking for partners who will add value to the site, providing a high-quality customer experience, whilst maximizing the business opportunity.

The key objectives include:

• A best-in-class family-friendly café offering locally sourced and freshly prepared food and beverages; showcasing innovation in a sustainable way that matches Anchor Hanover’s core values.
• A healthy and quality offering for all residents and visitors.
• Making Pemberley’s Café a destination location.
• An enhanced visitor experience so that people want to return.
