After a long time in development, testing and implementation, we’re proud to finally talk about our brand-new website! Here’s where you’ll find out all about our new site and all the new features and improvements we’ve made to make your visit here more enjoyable.

Total Guide to Bath has been up and running for five years this year and our website has served us well. However, we’re always looking to improve our service and push ourselves forward, so we decided it was time we gave the site a makeover.

New Features

We’ve adopted a new look for our user interface. We’ve retained our classic grill and bars but have brought them in to 2018 with an updated, more contemporary look. We love it, we hope you do too! We’ve also ditched the text-heavy page content and made the site a lot more visual, letting the images do more of the talking.

We know that your time is precious, so we’ve juiced up our site to deliver a much quicker loading time, meaning less time waiting for content to load and more time discovering the fantastic events and offers happening on your doorstep.

There’s nothing more British than worrying about the weather. Now there’s an up-to-the-minute weather display that gives you the temperature, today’s highs and lows, as well as a forecast for the next few days. It’s a good thing our Sunny Day and Rainy Day Guides are always available!

Did you know that there are more locations in the ‘Total Guide to’ Family? We’ve got sites that cover Swindon, Bristol, Reading and Manchester. Swapping between our sister sites couldn’t be simpler, with a simple drop-down menu located in the site header. Planning that trip away couldn’t be easier!

It’s now easier to see how much incredible content is located with each of our site sections. Whether it’s entertainment, lifestyle, sport or business, the latest events, offers and competitions will be simple. As well as links to all the unique guides that put the 'guide' in Total Guide to Bath.

Events Calendar

There’s something going on everywhere you turn in Bath. From live music and exciting nights out, to things to do with the family. Our Events Calendar has long been the heartbeat of the site, which is why we were adamant that we wanted to make it work even better.

We’ve done away with the old, text based, multi-day view and have focused on showing you the events happening that day, letting you scroll all the way down to the end of the week. We’ve even highlighted the events that we think you’ll really like from our partners.
