London developer Kosy Living to launch Bath’s first £30M co-living project

Kosy Living, a co-living and build-to-rent developer from London, is set to deliver a new scheme in central Bath with a gross development value of £30 million.

The scheme, now recommended for approval after several years of planning, will be the city’s first co-living development.

Each resident will have access to their own kitchenette, but there’ll also be communal dining areas and lounges, co-working spaces, a gym, wellness and health suites, and a roof terrace.

Meanwhile, the ground floor is set to include 4,300 sq ft of employment floorspace
