Cube Custom Room is an absolute unique bespoke design to fit into those awkward spaces at the bottom of the garden or be the luxurious annex/pool house or special getaway room you've always dreamt of. Prices available on request.

Exterior Appearance - A range of wooden cladding either larch, cedar or thermowood option all of the highest quality available on the market. Interior Design - Inset glazed front aspect, french or patio doors, laminate flooring, UPVC double glazing windows, wall to wall ceiling insulation, a variety of wall and ceiling finishes, a breathable membrane allowing air to enter yet keeping moisture out, lights and socket wired to current building regulations. Foundations - Ground screws are used on galvanized steel pins screwing the Cube Garden Room into the ground, Pad foundations are set up to form a stable and long lasting foundation platform for your Cube Garden Room. Insulation - All our Cube Garden Rooms are constructed using 90mm SIP panels (structured installation panels) or using insulation of the same quality.

GLAZING Our standard glazing for all our Cube Garden Rooms is anthracite grey UPVC, and our doors come with multiple locking points and shoot bolts. Glazing is 28mm toughened glass fitted as standard. We can offer bifolding doors or acoustic glass as an upgrade. HEATING We can offer a range of heating options for your garden room. FLOORING We use high quality laminate V Groove system in all of Cube Garden Rooms with a range of colour options as standard. We can offer engineered wood flooring as an upgrade. CLOAKROOMS We are able to install cloakrooms into most of our rooms should you require them. With careful design, we are able to make these as compact or spacious as you wish. All cloakrooms are installed with a WC and wash hand basin, using a water heater as standard. SHOWER ROOMS Fully fitted shower rooms can be installed within your Cube Garden Room and are ideal if you are using your room as a home gym or exercise studio. We have designed our shower rooms to be functional and attractive.

Q - Can I make my Cube Garden Room bespoke? A - All of our Cube garden Rooms are made to order and can be made in any size and specification required. Q - Can I build a gym in my garden? A - You would build a gym using the same method as a garden room although we will need to increase the foundation support Q - Can I build a studio in my garden? A - Yes, and planning permission is not normally required although it is dependant on the size of the garden studio you want us to build. Q - Can you live in a garden room? A - Yes you can although you would require additional planning as it is being used as an additional bedroom rather than additional living space. Q - Can you sleep in a garden office? A - Yes, you can although if using it as an additional bedroom you would require to apply for planning. Q - Can you use a garden room as a bedroom? A - Yes, you can although if using it as an additional bedroom you would require to apply for planning permission. Q - Do garden offices add value? A - Yes as you will be increasing the footprint of your property and living space Q - Do garden rooms add value? A - The average time for the built to be complete will vary on size & extras although on average will be around 8 days. Q - Do garden rooms need planning permission? A - Planning permission is not normally required although dependant on the size and use of the garden room this may be required. Q - Do I need planning permission for a garden room with a toilet? A - Yes although you would need to apply for additional planning permission. Q - Do you need planning permission for a garden office? A - You don't if your garden room is less than 15sq metres internal space, If it are less than 1 metre from your boundary and no more than 2.5 metres high. Q - Does a garden room add value? A - All our rooms will be fully completed to regulations and ready to connect up to the mains. We can provide this service although it will be an additional cost. Q - Do your offer a guarantee for your work? A - We offer a 10 year guarantee on all roofs and our windows come Fensa Certified. Cube Garden Rooms will seek to rectify any defects or faults arising from any workmanship or materials unless this is due to wear and tear. Q - How and when do I pay? A - Our payment structure is simple. We initially take a deposit of 10%, which will secure your order, build slot and installation date. The second payment of 30% of your room total cost (including your 10% first payment) is payable before your installation date. A third payment of 50% of the total room cost is payable typically on the fourth day of the installation on site.
