Cocktail Recipe: White Christmas Mojito

The next of Sub 13's Christmas cocktails is a striking take on a classic mojito using coconut rum and cream. It certainly looks festive in white and the pomegranate seeds add a nice dash of seasonal colour too.

White Christmas Mojito cocktail from Sub 13 is a festive twist on the classic!

Ingredients:

• 25ml lime juice
• 8 mint leaves
• 20ml sugar syrup
• 40ml Koko Kanu coconut rum
• 50ml coconut cream
• Dash soda

Glass: Hi-ball

Garnish: Mint sprig and pomegranate seeds.

Method: Gently muddle mint leaves, add other ingredients except soda and shake with ice. Pour contents into the glass, add crushed ice and soda. Serve straight away.
