One Million Step Challenge

  • Starts: July 2026
  • Duration: 3 months
  • Target: an average of 10,800 steps per day
  • Shorter-distance options available

Participants may be able to access support such as discounted leisure memberships, training sessions and guidance to help prepare safely and effectively (availability may vary).
