A free workshop in Bristol helping small business owners understand key financial measures, costing and pricing to support profit and healthy cashflow.

This workshop helps new business owners understand the key numbers in business and develop an evidenced-based rationale for pricing to support profit and healthy cashflow.

It covers turnover, expenses and profit; accurately measuring the true cost of delivering products or services; identifying break-even points; and using figures to gain insights into the past, present and future of a business.

The session is delivered by Josh Rees, Founder and Director of BCDF, a business finance specialist.
