Planning for Business Growth

A free, fully funded workshop helping existing small businesses create a practical growth strategy using simple planning tools.

Planning for Business Growth is a fully funded, in-person workshop designed to help established small businesses and self-employed individuals reflect on future direction and build a relevant growth strategy.

The session supports participants to identify potential barriers, consider what changes are needed, and use simple tools to create a growth plan without writing a traditional business plan.

Topics covered:

  • Why – whether growth is right for the business right now
  • What – developing clarity on future goals
  • When – assessing readiness to scale
  • How – methods for enabling growth and practical planning tools and processes

Participants leave with a step-by-step framework for implementing a practical growth action plan, started during the workshop.
