They do! Please park sensibly in the car park and someone should be there to greet you and lead you up to the sauna. Or please follow the signage.

They do have changing rooms. Just outside the sauna they have 4 private cubicles and a toilet. In the winter months, they suggest you bring some warm layers of clothing to change into post sauna.
