Mindful Self Compassion: An 8 Week Course In -Person (Bristol) is an eight-week Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) programme delivered in person in Bristol by a certified MSC teacher and clinical psychologist.

The course combines mindfulness (staying present with experience) and self-compassion (responding with kindness, acceptance and clarity during struggle). The programme focuses on developing tools that can help reduce stress and anxiety, support emotional balance, and strengthen self-soothing and self-encouragement skills.
Participants can expect to learn how to:
- Motivate themselves with kindness rather than self-criticism
- Develop practical tools for managing difficult emotions
- Transform challenging relationships and cultivate goodwill
- Build a more supportive inner voice
- Practise savouring, gratitude and self-appreciation
