Spread some cheer with Bath Rugby
We hope you are keeping safe and well? During these difficult times Bath Rugby are trying to reach out to our supporters and spread a bit of cheer and boost morale.
According to MIND, a leading Mental Health Charity, our mental wellbeing describes our mental state - how we are feeling and how well we can cope with day-to-day life. If you have good mental wellbeing you have positive self-esteem, experience a healthy range of emotions, hold good relationships, feel engaged in the world, are productive and can manage the stresses of daily life, and effectively adapt during periods of uncertainty.
Bath Rugby recognise the importance of this and understand that reaching out to family, friends and colleagues is imperative at this moment in order to ensure everyone’s wellbeing. Therefore our Marketing and Community Teams have been tasked with coming up with imaginative and fun ways to try and help boost our community’s spirits and give five minutes of cheer.
We have already had the emoji quiz and isolation game – please find attached! Today we have also launched #PassThePaper which you can watch by clicking here.
Our Director of Rugby, Stuart Hooper, has started the challenge and members of the Bath Rugby staff have risen to the occasion and sent in our videos to get the toilet roll rolling!
If you'd like to get involved, you can do so by following the link and replying to the post using the hashtag #PassThePaper
Or, why not challenge your colleagues to do the same? Ideas such as this are a great way to stay engaged with your employees and engender a sense of team spirit at times when we could be feeling quite isolated. It doesn’t have to take long and the whole family can get involved. Please feel free to forward this email on to anyone you think it might bring a smile to – let’s spread the cheer with Bath Rugby!
