OAK’s menu is ever-changing, crafted in response to the freshest ingredients available.

They serve lunch and dinner daily, and guests are always welcome to stop by to pick up a bottle of natural wine or a box of chocolates. At OAK, the focus is on organic, biodynamic, and low-intervention ingredients that are seasonal and locally sourced.

OAK embraces the philosophy that great food begins with healthy soil.

As growers, grocers, and cooks, they aim to offer produce and dishes that are simple and thoughtfully prepared—selecting vegetables that not only look and taste exceptional but also come from land farmed responsibly, without chemicals or over-cultivation.

Their wine list features authentic wines that tell a story, sourced from growers practicing low-intervention methods. Just outside Bath, OAK maintains a small chemical-free market garden, growing as much produce as possible to supply both the grocer and the restaurant.
