Cheddar Gorge Challenge Omnium (Bronze, Silver, Gold)

A multi-discipline running competition at Cheddar combining sprint, middle distance, hill climb and endurance events with points-based overall standings.

Event: Cheddar Gorge Challenge Omnium

The Omnium is a points-based multi-event running competition where athletes compete across several events and are ranked by cumulative points (lower score wins). The format mixes speed and endurance and is designed to be open and friendly for a wide range of abilities.

Packages and pricing:

• Bronze (100m + 1km + Hill Climb + 6km) = £55 (minimum age 12)
• Silver (100m + 1km + Hill Climb + 10km) = £60 (minimum age 14)
• Gold (100m + 1km + Hill Climb + Half Marathon) = £70 (minimum age 17)

On-the-day registrations are £5 extra.

Indicative schedule (Sunday 13th June 2027):

• Endurance (Half Marathon, 10km, 6km) – race start from 10:00
• 100m Sprint – race start from 13:15
• 1km – race start from 14:15
• Hill Climb – race start from 15:15

Shorter events use a time-trial format with runners setting off at fixed intervals and rotating between events by group.
