Cycle Checks and Small Repairs

A community bike repair session in Chippenham offering cycle safety checks and minor repairs as part of the Chippenham Repair Cafe, with free maps and refreshments.

Cycle checks and small repairs at the Chippenham Repair Cafe, delivered in partnership with local community organisations. The session prioritises people who reserve a free timeslot ticket.

Date: Saturday 7 November 2026
Time: 10:00am – 1:00pm

What is offered:

• Small bike checks, adjustments and minor repairs (approximately 20 minutes)
• Refreshments
• Some consumables (e.g., inner tubes, brake pads) available in exchange for a donation, or attendees can bring their own
• Free updated printed Chippenham Cycle Maps

Volunteer repairer time is freely given, and donations on the day help keep the repair cafe running. Attendees are asked to use the second entrance past the Cause frontage and not to leave bikes in the corridor, as it is a fire exit.
