England Rugby secure the Grand Slam: Social Media Reacts

Bouncing back from their World Cup 2015 misery, England Rugby pulled out a masterclass and defeated all opposition placed before them in the RBS Six Nations, getting new head coach Eddie Jones' regime off to an imperial start.

As the final whistle blew in Paris, social media began to erupt with euphoric celebration, as the Red Rose proudly signalled they were back to their commanding best.
