George Ford teaches Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain kicking technique

They're both equally as famous for their striking of a ball, but technique somewhat differs when it comes down to England internationals George Ford and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

A rugby ball and a football separates the two when donning the white of England, but both athletes are well recognised for their ability in finding the target with their feet.

As part of St Georges Day build up and celebration, the pair linked up to help each other perfect their technique with the ball of choice from their opposing disciplines.

Despite being a Chelsea fan, Ford takes one of their rival players Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain through his paces with a rugby ball, showing him how to make the perfect contact for a penalty kick.

Getting to grips with the technique, it wasn't long before the Arsenal winger started to adopt the 'George Ford arm' into his approach.

Oxlade-Chamberlain soon goes on to make two clean penalty attempts, much to the approval of Bath's fly-half Ford.
