Uni of Bath's Alex Humphrey signs for Bath Rugby
Bath Rugby have again continued their strong links with the University of Bath, as student Alex Humphrey signs for the Senior Academy of the Aviva Premiership club.
Humphrey, a back row or second row, has played for the University’s 1st XV for the past two seasons.
He has also represented Wales Students and Wales Sevens, as well as Neath RFC in the Welsh Premiership.
Aaron James, the University’s Head of Rugby, said: “Alex signing for Bath Rugby is fantastic and well deserved.
“It reflects his performance and commitment on and off the field for the University of Bath and with Bath Rugby’s A-League squad during the last two seasons.
“It’s also great to see the University of Bath and Bath Rugby continue their strong links.”
