MATCH REPORT: Hampton and Richmond 2-1 Bath City

Bath City fell to their second successive away loss of the season as they went down 2-1 at Hampton and Richmond.

City edged the first half, but in the 23rd minute they found themselves behind via a Michael Kamara penalty after Brendan Kiernan was fouled in the box by Frankie Artus.

It was soon 1-1, however when Nick McCootie converted a whipped free-kick by Billy Murphy in the 33rd minute.

Bath then had a penalty of their own, but Murphy's spot-kick was saved by the Hampton keeper and away and Artus headed the rebound past the post.

Nicke Kabamba restored the advantage of the hosts as he nodded in from just a yard out following Jamal Lowe's cross.
