Race the Sun Chilterns is a dawn-to-dusk triathlon-style team charity challenge for teams of 2 or 4, combining road cycling, hiking and kayaking through the rolling Chilterns while fundraising for Action Medical Research.

• 35 miles road cycling (+293m ascent)
• 10 miles hiking (+709m ascent)
• 2 miles kayaking (River Thames)
• Beginner-friendly; chip timing; GPS tracking; medal
• Age 16+
