Race The Sun Lake District is a dawn-to-dusk triathlon-style team charity challenge for teams of 2 or 4, combining road cycling, hiking and kayaking in the Lake District while fundraising for Action Medical Research.

• 34 miles road cycling (+807m ascent)
• 10.5 miles hiking (+891m ascent), including a summit climb of Skiddaw
• 2 miles kayaking (Derwentwater)
• Beginner-friendly; chip timing; GPS tracking; medal
• Age 16+
