Semesa Rokoduguni to make 100th Bath Rugby appearance in Northampton match

Bath Rugby fan favourite Semesa Rokoduguni is to make his 100th appearance for the Blue, Black and White on Friday night when they take on Northampton.

Rokoduguni, who is available for Bath due to not being on Six Nations duty with England, starts for the hosts at the Rec against fellow top four-chasing Northampton.

The 29-year-old made his Bath bow in November of 2012 has one hell of an average try record - scoring 47 in his 99 games, with 10 of them coming this season alone.

Rokoduguni said: “I was surprised when I got an email the other day to say it will be my 100th appearance, which is really exciting. It’s going to be a really special occasion.

“We talk about it with my family back at home and I look back to the early days and think ‘who knew I would be playing professional rugby?’ Back then I wasn’t a professional rugby player type because I didn’t really play it at home and the tables turned just like that. It’s a journey that I will cherish for the rest of my life.”

Rokoduguni will feature on the right wing for Bath while Jack Wilson will be on the other side.
