Don’t be afraid of the dark—this Halloween head-torch social run heads around Leigh Woods. With the nights drawing in, the session offers an after-work trail run led by resident trail runner Hannah, with mud, puddles and a spooky atmosphere.

Essential kit: trail shoes and a good headtorch.

Meeting point: by the toilets on the Clifton side of the Suspension Bridge (///dared.hills.overnight) at 6:00pm.

The pace is social and no-one is left behind. The route is around 10k with some steep and muddy sections.
