They provide vital critical medical care by land and air across Wiltshire and Bath. In effect, they deliver the same level of care as a hospital, bringing an expert team and specialist equipment directly to those in need and doing so as quickly as humanly possible.

Their aim is to give people the very best chance of survival, which is why their medical expertise and equipment are of the highest standard. Their paramedics and doctors are highly trained in critical care and supported by specialist medical technology, enabling them to provide leading edge care in extreme, often life-threatening situations.

On call all year round for up to 19 hours a day, they respond to an average of three incidents daily, attending by helicopter and critical care car.

But this vital work would not be possible without public support. As a registered charity, they receive no government funding and rely entirely on voluntary donations from the local Wiltshire and Bath communities.
