Tell us a little bit about yourself…

I’m quite an active person, I like to try everything at least once. Ice hockey is my main hobby and I enjoy going to the gym.

What is your role at Black Nova Designs?

I am an IT technician.

What do you love most about working at Black Nova Designs?

The family run, approachable aura is definitely here. It’s something I haven’t had in a job since I left the army and its amazing to experience again. You feel looked after, both as an employer and client.

What inspired you to fulfil a career in design and IT?

So when I was made redundant from Honda I wanted to do something I enjoy as well as challenge me. I have always been into computers, finding out how they work and how to fix them. When I left that’s exactly what I pursued.

What do you think makes Black Nova Designs different from any other design and IT company?

The way Black Nova deal with each service and client is much different to most IT businesses. If you have an issue or need to speak with someone you will be talking with an actual human and someone who wants to help and can explain areas of tech in a simplified way.

How can Black Nova Designs help improve a business’s success?

By trying to give the business everything they require and design what the business wants. Taking a business idea and making it happen. The technical support combined with our marketing department means that any business could be entirely looked after by all of the services we provide.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not busy at work?

I love to take my daughter on days out, play ice hockey, go fishing, gym, ride motorbikes, game walks. Overall I just like to keep active whether on my own or with her.
