Food First, Smile Second: Bill’s launches Brand New Menu in All Sites Nationwide

From Monday, 11 April, Bill’s invites diners to indulge in a new and refreshed menu, marking the beginning of a new season.

Shake off those winter cobwebs and tantalise the tastebuds at Bill’s, where food comes first and meals are always served with a smile. It’s officially out with the cold, and in with a new menu.

Since its original greengrocer launch in 2001 in Lewes, East Sussex, Bill’s has cemented its reputation as the go-to spot serving healthy, indulgent, and vibrant food for all to enjoy. Bill’s now wants to continue its legacy Nationwide, by providing a menu focused on delicious food with a playful and contemporary twist.

No matter the occasion, live like a king and treat yourself to an array of dishes fit for all occasions. For those looking for something a little extra choose the Black Gold Burger (£15.95) containing chargrilled premium beef patty with black truffle fondue, topped off with 24 carat gold flakes sandwiched on a seeded brioche bun. A dish that will have you reaching for your phone for a quick snap.

Made with heart, soul and fresh ingredients, Bill’s offers diners’ dishes to suit all tastes and dietary preferences. If you don’t want to indulge in meat or dairy, the new menu now has an entirely plantbased section that makes up over a third of the menu, catering to all vegans and vegetarians as the nation shifts towards a more plant-based filled diet. The menu comprises of salads and plant-based burgers including the Dirty Vegan Burger (£12.50) made up of a “Cheese” topped vegan patty in vegan brioche, with truffle hot sauce, vegan mayo, lettuce, tomato, red onion with rosemary salted fries on the side. And for those looking for something a little light with a burst of fresh flavours, opt for the Santorini Salad (£13.50) with watermelon, feta, mint, olives, cucumber, red onion, tomato, pumpkin seeds and date molasses.

Famed for its Brunch menu, Bill’s are now extending their brunch menu until 5pm everyday of the week, so you can breakfast at morning, noon or night. Diners can choose from the popular Pancakes with Bacon (£9.95), a stack of five buttermilk fluffy style pancakes with smoked streaky bacon and topped off with a drizzle of syrup. No brunch is complete without the Bill’s Big Brunch (£12.95) which says it all in the name, and includes the whole works; fried eggs, streaky bacon, crispy rosemary potatoes, sausage, baked beans, mushrooms, roast tomato, black pudding, and toasted sourdough. Following a successful partnership during Veganuary, Bill’s is bringing back the Bill’s Plant Plate (£12.95) composed of Scrambled OGGS®, vegan bacon and Cumberland sausage, mushrooms, fried potatoes, baked beans, toast, roasted plum tomatoes and ‘njuda ketchup for a guilt-free mouthwatering combo.

If you’re dining with a group, share the love and choose from a selection of sharing starters including the Cheese and Truffle Fondue (£8.95) with sourdough bread. There is always more room for pudding, and guests can finish their meal with Bill’s newly introduced decadent desserts. Try the Banoffee Split (£6.75) featuring fresh banana, dulce de leche, vanilla ice cream, hazelnut, chocolate, and biscuit with whipped cream and cherry, or the Italian classic Tirami-Sub-Zero (£6.75) comprised of coffee, amaretti and an ice cream tiramisu sundae.

Peter, Harbrecht-Parker, Head of Food Development at Bill’s commented: “This is a very exciting time for the brand, we have been working hard behind the scenes trialling the dishes over the last few months. The whole menu is designed to be more experiential; we want our guests to be surprised and to bring a smile to their faces when the food arrives at their table. It’s the Bill’s you know and love but this time we’ve added a spin.”

As the sun shines brighter and the days get longer, celebrate the start of the season, and re-energise with your friends and family. Bill’s is open seven days week, where food comes first; served with a smile alongside a menu of refreshing cocktails, wines and beers on the side.
