Novel Wines is an independent wine shop that has been introducing some of the wine world's best kept secrets to you since they began late last year. They have wines from exciting markets such as Asia, Macedonia, Hungary, Croatia, Uruguay and beyond. They invite you to come along and explore the entire range with us at the Hilton Hotel in Bath this September.
