Glenn Brown: Grottoesque at No.1 Royal Crescent

A major new exhibition in Bath where Glenn Brown brings contemporary distortion into dialogue with the refined world of Georgian design.

Forty years after studying in the city, Glenn Brown returns to Bath with a major exhibition that disrupts the calm order and symmetry long associated with Georgian design. Running from 16 May – 6 September 2026, Brown in Bath will unfold across two historic sites – Glenn Brown: Grottoesque at No.1 Royal Crescent (Opening 22 May) and Glenn Brown in Bath: Arrows of Desire at the Holburne Museum (opening 16 May) – in a thematic split exploring humankind and nature.
