Discover the Art of Resetting as The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa Unveils New Women’s Health Focused Wellness Retreats

The five-Red-Star, two Michelin Key Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa in the heart of Bath has announced two new wellness retreats to encourage women to prioritise their wellbeing and self-care over the winter months.

Taking place on 9th November 2025 and 18th January 2026, the retreats have been designed in partnership with renowned yoga expert Louise Percy and Pilates instructor and chiropractor Pippa Seaton, both of whom are passionate about women’s health and wellbeing. These 24 hour escapes combine an array of centring practices, from yoga to mindful breathing, as well as luxurious and indulgent relaxation and nutritious cuisine, all to help discover the art of resetting the mind, body and soul.

Guests will begin their experience with a light and healthy lunch at Montagu’s Mews, with an introduction to the hosts: Level 3 Lyengar yoga teacher Louise Percy who brings over 15 years of teaching experience and a deep passion for helping people discover the transformative benefits of yoga, and Pippa Seaton who has over 15 years of experience treating private clients in London and Bath and combines expert chiropractic care with a deep understanding of sports medicine and Pilates based rehabilitation.

After lunch and check-in, guests will join Pippa for a 60-minute Pilates session focused on flexibility, balance and body awareness. Passionate about women’s health, Pippa offers guidance particularly helpful for postnatal recovery and the musculoskeletal shifts that come with perimenopause and menopause. Feeling rebalanced and refreshed, guests then take part in a 60-minute breath-work session with Louise, designed to clear the mind and offer tools for building resilience in daily life. To round off the afternoon, Louise and Pippa will host a Q&A, giving attendees the chance to ask questions and pick up everyday wellness tips and tricks for a healthier, happier life.

The refined and relaxed backdrop of The Royal Crescent Hotel and the luxurious Spa & Bath House provides the ideal setting to discover tranquillity and practice self-care. Following the afternoon wellness sessions, guests will have free time to spend as they wish, with unlimited use of the facilities at The Spa & Bath House, including a relaxation pool, Himalayan salt-infused sauna, herbal steam room and dedicated spa garden. Earlier this year, the Spa announced their partnership with GROUND Wellbeing, an award-winning skincare brand founded in Ireland and renowned for its unique approach to wellness through personal wellbeing and education.

In the evening, guests are treated to a nutritious, thoughtfully prepared three-course dinner at the stylish Montagu’s Mews. Made with locally sourced ingredients, the healthy meal is served in an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere. After a comfortable and restorative rest, the next morning features an energising sunrise yoga session with Louise, followed by an exquisite breakfast. Before check-out, guests will enjoy further use of the spa and hotel facilities, as well as carefully curated goodie bags.

The Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa Wellness Retreats take place on 9th November 2025 and 18th January 2026 and start from £372.50 per person based on two retreat attendees sharing a room or £550 per person for sole occupancy. Price includes overnight stay, a full English breakfast, three-course dinner, all activities and unlimited use of The Spa and Bath House. Any treatments should be booked in advance to avoid disappointment and benefit from 15% off menu price. To book please visit https://www.royalcrescent.co.uk/special-breaks/wellness-retreat
