T'ai Chi on the Terrace

The beautiful terrace at the Roman Baths is the venue for a weekly T'ai Chi session. These sessions are open to anyone interested in improving their balance and general psychological health.

Join Paddy Nisbett, a qualified private instructor, for weekly sessions of T’ai Chi on the Terrace.

T’ai Chi is a Chinese martial art, which is widely believed to promote well-being by focusing the mind on the physical movements which bring about a state of mental calm.  What better way to start the working day?  Can you hold a position as well as the historical figures gazing down upon you?

It is advised that you wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat shoes to take part.

Sessions: Tuesdays

  • 9 January - 13 March
  • 10 April - 12 June

Price:

  • £4.00 per session
