The choice of one 50 minute massage from the options below:

Aromatherapy Massage

This is a full body, light pressure massage and is tailor-made using a personally selected blend of aromatherapy oils to enhance your mood. This treatment is good for:

• Soothing and relaxing the body
• Pregnant women after the first three months (during pregnancy specially blended oils are used)

*Not recommended if you have had recent surgery, cancer within the last 5 years or are within the first 3 months of pregnancy.

Traditional Full Body Massage

This classic full body massage uses medium pressure to effectively relieve stress and muscular tension. This treatment is good for:

• Tension relief
• Muscular aches and pains

Bamboo Massage

Enjoy the relieving effects of a deep and firm massage as your body is nourished with coconut oil and massaged with warm bamboo sticks. Highly recommended! This treatment is good for:

• Alternative to traditional/sports massage
• A unique experience
• People who engage in sport or physical activity

Serenity Candle Massage

A full body, light to medium pressure massage designed to nourish and hydrate the skin. A special candle is burned to release regenerating rose, rosehip, aloe vera and cotton which is gently poured over the body to melt away tension . This treatment is good for:

• Awakening the senses
• Tension relief
• Tired aching muscles

• Nut allergy
• Very sensitive skin
• Heat sensitive skin

Inner Peace

The perfect experience for those looking to take time out to enjoy some self-care. Restoring harmony into the mind and body, this treatment is known for its delicate rose scent. Commencing with a guided inhalation followed by a relaxing back massage and soothing mud mask on the feet. Tranquillity and inner peace are then restored with the placement of rose quartz crystals to the palm of the hands and the heart chakra. The treatment ends with a comforting arm and scalp massage.
