Suitable for beginners, this practical course covers planning, preparing, cooking and presenting a traditional Christmas meal across three weekly sessions. You’ll prepare festive side dishes, traditional desserts and accompaniments while developing your menu-planning, food safety and time-management skills.

The main dish prepared during the course will be roast chicken, with guidance on cooking turkey also provided—helping you feel more confident about preparing Christmas dinner for family and friends.
