Dancing to the Musicals Masterclass for Years 4-6

This musical-theatre inspired dance masterclass for girls in Years 4–6 includes jazz technique, choreography and an informal performance at Royal High School Bath.

Dancing to the Musicals Masterclass for Years 4–6 is an energetic, supportive morning of musical-theatre inspired dance led by an experienced teacher.

Participants warm up in the studio, build confidence through jazz technique, and learn choreography with a musical twist. The session concludes with an informal performance in the school’s dedicated performance space so dancers can share what they have learned with friends and family.

What to bring:

• Comfortable clothes; warm socks (jazz shoes optional)

• Enthusiasm

A snack is provided. As the site is allergen-aware, outside food should not be brought onto the premises.

• 09.45am – Drop-off
• 10.00am – Start
• 10.00am–11.00am – Dance class (studio)
• 11.00am–11.15am – Break
• 11.15am–12.15pm – Rehearsal (performance space)
• 12.15pm–12.30pm – Informal performance
• 12.30pm – Collection
