Clay Club – Make a Ceramic Butter Dish Afternoon Session

Led by Flourish at Glenavon Farm's Chief Creative, Becky, you will be shown how to use a slab building technique for this build.

Finish with a choice of glazes, or the chance to come back into our studio to paint your finished piece with intricate patterns and colours of your choice!

There’ll be bottomless tea and coffee, plenty of encouragement, and lots of time to play, create and connect with fellow makers.

What’s included:‍

- A two-hour pottery workshop with expert hand-building tuition

- Step-by-step guidance on slab, coil, and pinch techniques

- Glazing and firing of your piece

- Once painted/finished your piece will be ready for collection in two weeks

- Unlimited tea and coffee in a relaxed creative space

Every month we will be hosting a different hand building workshop, which will be full of tips and tricks! Come along and learn a new skill in a beautiful setting with a group of creative individuals.
