Mary Shelley's House of Frankenstein After Dark
Where: Mary Shelley's House of Frankenstein
About: Mary Shelley’s House of Frankenstein in Bath brings back its After Dark horror experience from 23–31 October 2026. This year’s story, The Watcher, takes visitors through five floors of darkness, confined spaces and unsettling encounters inside the 300-year-old house. Guests can also visit The Bitter End Bar after their journey.
The event is recommended for ages 15 and over. Visitors aged 15–17 must be accompanied by an adult.

For a full night of Halloween scares, FEAR Scream Park returns to Avon Valley from 9–31 October. Pumpkin Patch Nights
On selected evenings from 9–31 October, Avon Valley’s pumpkin patch lights up for an autumn night out. Visitors can pick pumpkins, explore the new Big Boo Trail and enjoy live music, fire shows, street food and drinks. Pumpkins are charged separately from entry. Find out more. Pumpkin Patch
Avon Valley’s daytime Pumpkin Patch opens on selected dates from 3–31 October, 10am–5pm. Families can head into the homegrown fields to pick their pumpkins, explore the new Big Boo Trail and browse the seasonal market. Pumpkins are charged separately from entry.
Halloween Fun for All Ages
Halloween Scraptastic at The Roman Baths
Where: Roman Baths
About: On 31 October, 10am–3pm, The Roman Baths is hosting a Halloween craft event with Children’s Scrapstore Bristol. Children can turn reclaimed materials into spooky props or costumes inspired by Roman myths and legends, then take their creations home. The sessions are ideal for ages 5–12 and cost £5 per child; accompanying adults are free.
