H.B.Pitt Bake Off Technical Challenge for Comic Relief

This year, the small family owned business that supplies sugarcraft and kitchen ware products H.B. Pitt are riding a wave of baking mania and are holding a special bake off event for Comic relief

For just a £5.00 entry, amateur bakers will receive a copy of a typical Technical Challenge style recipe to decipher and the cherries needed to bake one of Mary Berry’s signature creations - The Cherry and Almond Ring Cake.

They need to return their cakes to H.B.Pitt in Silver Street Trowbridge by 11:00 on Thursday 12th March for judging which begins at 12:00 noon. 

The Winner will receive a £10.00 H.B.Pitt Voucher and the proceeds will go to Comic Relief. So far 6 people have entered the competition.

H.B.Pitt has also put a pack together for everyone having a Bake Sale for Comic Relief at school or work. For a special price of just £5.99 Bake Salers can take home:

2 x 6 hole Red/White Polka dot Cupcake Boxes
25 x Red Cupcake cases
1 x 250g pack of Red Renshaw Icing (ideal for making red noses)
1 x pack Red Velvet Cake Mix (just add veg oil, water & eggs)
