Get ready for a cinematic adventure as Bath Philharmonia takes you on an orchestral tour through the decades of some of the most popular film soundtracks.

Featuring music by the great composers for cinema including Hans Zimmer, John Williams, Ennio Morricone, John Barry and Bernard Herrmann and culminating in a symphonic performance of George Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue.

Saturday 18 May 2024, 7:30pm at The Forum, Bath.

Performed by Bath Philharmonia and the Musicians of The Royal Marines School of Music in Bath’s very own art deco cinema. This lovely event is in memory of Brian and Margaret Roper, who have helped inspire so many people to discover their own love of orchestral music.
