Leading US Brand Launches in Bath

A jewellery retailer in Bath has become the first in the UK to stock leading US brand Alex & Ani.

Fabulous based in SouthGate will launch the Alex & Ani brand in-store on Thursday January 16th.

Jo Stroud, Fabulous’ managing director, said: “Alex &Ani was launched in 2004 and is now one of the fastest growing US brands with a global following. Being selected to stock it in the UK proves that not only do they see us as having the right clientele but they also like the Bath location.”

Visitors from America have for a long time loved Bath; in fact a letter recently acquired by Bath & North East Somerset Council’s Record Office offering advice to US visitors was dated from the time of Jane Austen.

Not only will visitors and residents of Bath be among the first to see the new jewellery in the UK, it also has full green credentials.

Jo explains: “What is even better is this range is really on trend being made out of recycled materials but it is also very affordable too. “

Described as an eco-friendly, positive energy lifestyle brand, the expandable bangle jewellery features original, innovative patented technology replacing traditional clasps with a sliding mechanism.

Jo said:  “This is a great opportunity for us to grow the portfolio of jewellery brands that we stock. To support the Alex & Ani launch and the ethos behind the brand we are launching our “Make 2014 a Year of Positive Change” initiative.
