Smashburger

In a nutshell:

One of the fastest-growing restaurant concepts is coming to Bath! The SMASH comes from the unique way the 100% British beef is rolled in to a ball and smashed directly on to the buttered grill, sealing in the flavour!

Where is it?

SouthGate, 8-9 Southgate Street, Bath, BA1 1AQ

What we think:

Open seven days a week, Smashburger brings a little slice of New York’s Meat Packing District to Bath. Expect loads of flavour, fantastic British ingredients, craft beers, and a burger place to revisit again and again.

What we think:

With gin growing in popularity, The Hideout choosing to buck the trend and champion on whiskey is a great idea. We look forward to visiting soon!

Absurd Bird

In a nutshell:

A quirky restaurant celebrating the tastes of Southern-States of America.

Where is it?

20 St Lawrence Street, Bath, BA1 1AN

What we think:

Absurd Bird prides themselves on being a little bit crazy, promising honest grub, good value, and a twisted take on Southern classics.
