Bath?s very own expert baker Richard Bertinet will be demonstrating how to make mouth-watering delights from his new book Patisserie Maison, a step-by-step guide to sweet pastries for the home cook.

Originally from Brittany, Richard trained as a baker from the age of 14 and currently runs the Bertinet Kitchen Cookery School as well as a very lovely local bakery and cafe. His wealth of experience is showcased in his elegant and refined baking – he is sure to unravel the mysteries behind all your pastry dilemmas!
