Tapas Revolution kickstarts the summer with ‘‘Paella Thursdays’’

Omar Allibhoy’s Tapas Revolution will be offering a tantalising taste of Spain this summer by introducing half-price paellas every Thursday from the 27th June.

Friends and families will be able to kickstart their sunny summer evenings and enjoy 50% off all paellas, all night long. The ultimate party dish - a lavish meal in a single pan - is designed for sharing and for bringing people together.

The menu offers a choice of five delicious and vibrant options including the celebrated Paella Valenciana, typically chicken based (£6.49pp); Paella de Verduras, a perfect option for vegetarians and vegans (£5.50 pp); Paella Mixta, for the best of both worlds (£6.50 pp); and Paella de Marisco, the seafood option (£7 pp). Last but certainly not least, Tapas Revolution offers a unique Arroz Negra paella made with black rice, simmered slowly in a traditional terracotta clay pot with shellfish and squid ink. The long resting period gives the flavours and textures a chance to develop and lets the rice cook to perfection in its own heat.

Traditionally, socialising whilst waiting for their paella, Spaniards love sharing a jug of Sangria. There are a range of choices of this iconic Spanish tipple to be enjoyed at Tapas Revolution, available by the glass or pitcher. They include, Traditional Sangria, Sparkling Tropical Sangria, a tangy Blood Orange Sangria and Skinny Sangria, made with 30% less sugar red wine.
